I’ve been a bit under the weather the past few days.  Not doing much blogging at all.

Indy will be 10 months old on Christmas day.  She is just about done with her house training.  She’s not really having accidents in the house anymore.  She’s being very cute and cuddly.  The main issue I see right now is that she does not want to “go” anywhere other than our yard.  I think that will be resolved this coming weekend when we go out to Galena (first time in well over a year) and she can either hold it for 3 days, or learn to go when the other dogs go.  It will be interesting.

Just as Indy is house trained, Alex & Beowulf have decided to not be house trained because it’s too freaking cold outside.  They will go out for about 30 seconds, immediately come back in and poop on the floor.  And sometimes pee.  I can’t say I blame them, honestly, and I do appreciate their placement, meaning on the wood or tile floor instead of the carpet.

I have a new DSLR camera coming today!  It will work with all my old Canon lenses and flash, which hopefully means I will be able to get some decent lighthing in pictures taken after 4pm or inside.  I can dream.

yours are much more considerate than mine…thea *intentionally* peed on the carpet today! needless to say, i was not pleased!

I am having trouble getting my dogs to go outside in the cold too. They will hold it until their eyeballs are floating. Luckily they haven’t left me any “presents” under the tree yet.
